The unveiling

Synopsis

Riveting Story! Crime, Suspense, and Drama at its finest. Carmine requests that FBI Agent Colin Berk meets him in the interrogation room to discuss some information about a Missing Person’s case that took place in August of 1969. Agent Berk assumes the information he may receive will pertain to a series of bizarre and grisly murders which also took place in 1969 known as “The Crucifixion Murders.”

Carmine’s story is much more disturbing than he anticipated. Agent Berk records a dark and morbid testimony unveiling the battle of Good vs Evil, Heaven and Hell, Satan and God, and quite possibly, the fate of the world and the human race as we know it.

Interview

  1. How long did it take you to start writing in earnest once you knew that was what you wanted to do?“Honestly, it came natural to me. I had suffered from a case of sleep deprivation for a couple of days. The idea for “The Unveiling Saga ” came to me then. I started to plot it out in my head, then I grabbed a laptop, and all systems were go.”
  1. Are you self published? “Yes” Did you launch into self-publishing or did you try the traditional route first? “I tried the traditional route first, but I ran into too many vanity publishers with insanely high quotes.”
  2. What was the most difficult part of the journey? “Well, to be honest, I just started. I guess the biggest obstacle in the beginning was believing that someone actually read my work, before they tried to charge me.”
  3. Do you want to do a stand alone or series? “I’m currently working on a five novel saga.”
  4. Do you jump right in to write once you get an idea, or do you plan and outline? “I think I’m like most writers. I have an idea, so I write it down. Afterward, I pull it out of my manuscript if I dont like it, and paste it into yet another word document, and wait to paste it in where it feels right later on down the line. Miscellaneous word documents are my desktop background. I don’t have the luxury of colorful flowers or beautiful desert sands.”

6. Where do you write? “lol. In my kitchen.” Do you have any rituals or necessities when you write? ” coffee, cigarettes, and currently, oldies music.” Is noise a hindrance? “My kids can get loud, but they are adjusting to having an Author as a father. It will take time for the both of us to adjust.”

  1. Do you write more than one piece at a time? “I write how I feel.” What’s in the works now? “The Unveiling Saga Bloodlines ll.”
  2. What encourages you to write? “My wife and my family.” Discourages? “Nothing yet.” What do you do to motivate yourself through the rough times? “Write more.”
  3. I’m sure your experiences must compel you to write! Readers want to hear whatever you have to say about that!“I have been through some rough times in my life. “Enough Said.”
